About Andy

Andy has over 30 years of experience in IT leadership, consulting, project management, and business transformation. As a former IT director at a global consumer electronics company, he has demonstrated the ability to build, deploy, and manage teams to support Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and Sales organizations. Andy is also adept at developing and deploying IT and corporate strategies, directing Project and Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, and Business Intelligence functions.

Andy is a trained and tested Lean Six Sigma black belt. He championed and managed as a practitioner and consultant the adoption of Lean Six Sigma and Agile, resulting in higher software quality, lower delivery costs, and improved responsiveness. Andy has delivered high quality IT consulting services to manufacturing, high tech, insurance, and banking clients. As an adjunct professor and guest lecturer, Andy has shared his expertise on IT strategy, technology, and business process to MBA and undergraduate students.

Andy loves global travel where he has been to six continents and is planning to go to Antarctica with his wife. When not traveling Andy loves skiing, reading, walking, listening to music, scotch and cooking.
